NITCO hires across three manufacturing sites (Alibaug, Silvassa, Morbi JV), 18 sales offices, 21 warehouses and a dealer network of 778 partners. Every hire, at every level, is answerable to the same standard of manufacture, installation and warranty.
The Graduate Programme rotates trainees across manufacturing and retail for twenty-four months before a permanent posting.
